Shipping Policy

At Alamutique, we're committed to getting your heritage apparel and collectibles to you safely, wherever you're located.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Standard: $12 CAD, 3–5 business days FREE on orders over $75 CAD
  • Express: $20 CAD, 1–2 business days

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes up to 30 days from the shipment date, depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees set by your destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving that email for tracking data to update.
